I am having the same exact problem, i am using my Phat psp with original battery, my phat is on 3.90 m33-2, i have used both vista and xp, but my slim will not read the card when i insert it, the light stays lit on the battery but there is no response from the card. i have used 3 different cards, a sony 2gb, a sandisk (magic gate enabled) 2gb, and the original 1gb sony, still not working, im using Pandora___Universal_Downgrader_Easy_Installer, and following procedure step by step. all i can thin of is on step 3 it goes straight through without letting me hit y then enter, it does this automatically. PLEASE HELP ME, i am a noob and more than likely missing something.

I finally figured it out and it most definitely was step 3 "powering" through, if the program your running will not allow you to press y then enter, it is not correctly writing to the card, you'll have to use an xp system with sp2, if you are using xp-sp2 then try another computer, it took me one try with a sp2 machine, vista and xp non-sp2 were not allowing the step 3 to fully process. give that a try then wb

Hey everyone, just a quick reminder... make sure you have a memory stick "PRO" duo, otherwise the psp will not recognize it and you your magic memory stick will not work at all, so remember, when creating it, it has to be a PRO

this tutorial has worked great and i have a count of 12 fat psp's and 5 slim ones, all done through this method using the same stick and bat, it works great, and not having to do all the updates and going straigt to 3.71m33-2 is one of the best things EVER!!! thanks again.

Before that make sure you have installed the 1.50 Kernal. You could also go to Advanced and there could be an option for "Make battery Pandora" or that might only be in 3.93CFW or 3.95 GEN.

Any PSP 1000 or Any PSP 2000 except one with the TA-88 v3 motherboard.

I don't know which version the God Of War PSP has, you'll just have to try and see.
