FFXII is pretty cool... I have the US Version.... I played the Jap Version but I dont speak Jap, so that did me no good... If you wanna know where I got the US version.. PM me....

You know that we have a patch to play FFXII from hdd with HDDloader.

I have ffxii also its a pretty good game honestly i prefer the older battle systems this newer one is kind of slow but hey i can deal with it its not soo bad but yea i got the game yipee lol

FFXII sucks balls!!!! It was made by square interns to make some quick dirty cash before the ps2 dies. The "real" smart developers are doing FFXIII for the ps3 and what not now. FFXII is the equavilent of the sh*tty ff9 for psone. You would think the gameplay of FFXII would be good because the guys who worked on it did the awesome gameplay for vagrant storys. I played like 1 and half hours of the USA beta version and I wanted to throw up!!! WHAT A JOKE!!!!

BTW 13 will have the same basic "live action" battle setup...
dislike regenerating chests
mindless live action battle where you have little to no control over thigns I mean come on its a lesser RTS ....
the rest of the game looks "OK"
has anyone played Sudeki? thats a prefect example of a RPG RTS mutation the bad control setup keeps the game from being good,in order to control a party in live action you need time controls (full pausing and then giving out commands or slowdown and give out commands)so you can give out commands anything less is just stupid.
I can see how a live action RPG can work...but without control options they are doomed to fail....

I am talking about the last retarded FF game that is suppose to come out for ps2 this month. It's gay...don't play it. Go back to the "traditional" ff gamesystem like in FFX and FF7 you fools at square! The "fantasy" will be "final" if they keep putting garbage like FFXII and what not!!! 3 years to make this garbage? Don't make me laugh!!!!

the live action gameplay is what they are moving to because they feel turn based is old and unpopular..mabye because its unpopular because gameplay like that in FF 4,6,7,9 are a rarity....,live action gameplay only works when a game has alot of deving to work out the bugs and fun issues.
they don't put allot of effort into gameplay much anymore...look at DQ8 its good and all but is lacking in gameplay depth if stat spells and skills worked I would game the game near perfect....
did you play the demo or the real game? I want to see how the turn base option in it works.

The real FFXII NTSC beta version for god's sakes. It's like the full NTSC version but just can out alot eariler! It's on like every torrent site for god's sakes! The game is a joke!!!! The gameplay is click, move your A**, attack, repeat!!! Someone just shoot me!!!!
