Yeah I will as well.

If I do get a ban there are still loads of non-xbox live games to be played and Ill just pick up a second hand 360 for the games that I want to play on live

Yeah, as soon as it becomes available I will. I got 3 360's.. One I bought, one I won and still sitting in the box and my 3 year old has one as well. I just saw it'll be around 5am EST tomorrow morning. I guess when I wake up tomorrow I'll post here.

all i have to do is just put the mtkflash files on the floppy along with the make x41a file, and the origonal fw file and make the x41a and reflast right?
and the command prompt will be mtkflash w /mx41a.bin right???

ok...got the 4.1a fine bin named, so all that is left is to disassemble the 360 again and reflash it.

I'd assume it's the same as when you flashed it with 3.3

The 2 that I've actually opened are both Hitachi 59DJ. One is modded, one isn't. The 3rd is unopened since I won it against my brother in a game of NCAA Football :)

Yeah. I took one of his two 360's. Me and my bro always bet crazy shit like that. Oh yeah, I heard the PAL release of NFS:Carbon contains the dashboard update and it hasn't banned anyone yet.. Don't know if it's true or not. We shall see.

Well it's 5 to 3am no update yet, I may try again in an hour or so. One quick q is it going ask ot update or will it do it by it's self? I've had this thing since launch only updated it once to play Xbox 1 games so not sure how it works.
