I downloaded AnyDVD and ran it for the 21 day trial. I now have a key for the program and it won't let me use it. It tells me to restart AnyDVD, I do that but it still comes up with the order screen. Is there anything I can do?

When the 21 day free trial is over you need to purchase the program or find something else. No way around it.

Just support them and buy it. It's the best investment you can make.

Where di you get the key from. If you got it off ebay or someplace other than the slysoft site. It may be used by more than one person. When that happens, AnyDVD makes that key invalid. If you really did buy it off slysoft then hopefully you kept your original email. Because AnyDVD will reissue you a key IF you have the original email.

I know because I too had my key disabled and I did not have my original email. (Upgraded computers)

Hopefully you purchased the key (It's a great product and should be supported)
Once AnyDVD is installed you can just double-click on the key file. It will write the necessary info into your registry. Reboot your PC and you should be GTG. This is all assuming that your key is a valid one.
