I did this movie using DVD Shrink w/Nero, and AnyDVD running in the background. No problems at all.
What media are you using? Is your drive in DMA mode, instead of PIO mode?
To ensure your drives are operating in DMA mode: (1) Control Panel, (2) System, (3) Goto the Hardware Tab, (4) Device Manager, (5) IDE ATA/ATAPI Controllers, (6) Right Click on Primary IDE Channel --> Properties, (7) Goto the Advanced Settings Tab, Make sure both drop down boxes say 'DMA if Available', Click OK,(8) Right Click on Seconady IDE Channel --> Properties, (9) Goto the Advanced Settings Tab, Make sure both drop down boxes say 'DMA if Available', Click OK, (10) Reboot.
Have you checked for firmware update for your burner? You could just have a bad pressing of the movie.
Good luck!
Try DVDFabs (NEW) beta version 3.0.3.8 It works on DaVinci...
I have used it...It worked flawless...these are setting I used:
Movie Only
5.1 english sound only, No subtitles.
Their is a possible error with subtitles on the master discs...people are reporting re-accuring turning on, of subtitles during movie playback. This could be a player compatability problem or error in subtitle portion of master disc.
This may-be why people are reporting back-up errors for this movie.

Found the problem the disk I was ripping to was getting full. Just cleared some space and all worked great.
