AnyDVD freezes during install in Vista. Help!

Eveytime I download the program AnyDVD it will download without a problem, but then the pop up screen for the install freezes and the program never installs. The only way to remove the pop up box is to reboot the computer. Apprciate any feedback anyone can give.

Shut down all programs, including browser before installing. Also, AnyDVD v6.0.8.5 is not Vista compatabile... not sure what version you're downloading.
