I have AnyDVD 6133. Usually I open Shrink and AnyDVD runs in the
background to write an ISO file. It would not do it that way on
this movie. I had no trouble ripping a file to the Harddrive with
AnyDVD. Can you tell me where I can find directions for using
either Shrink, Nero, or RipIt4Me to convert these files to an ISO
so I can burn them? Any help would be appreciated.

Here is an excellent guide for Ripit4Me
http://webpages.charter.net/bacitup/TheGuides/pacman777guide.pdf
But since u already have the files ripped on ur HDD theres no need for using RipIt4me to re-rip files u have already.
since u know how to use shrink, all u have to do is hit OPEN FILES button at the top left, then find the folder is that u ripped with AnyDVD, then proceed as u would normally with shrink.
BTW, just to let u know AnyDVD and shrink have not been working good together on the newer sony movies.

300 bowler-much appreciate the help.
Tried what you suggested with the Shrink program. It gives an error
message that it will not read those files. Nero recode says the
same thing.
I had been using RipIt4Me on these difficult Sony discs, but it
would not read this one-even after I started the movie and then
stopped it.
Since princedvd was able to do it with no problem, I thought maybe
he could explain what he used with the AnyDVD that worked. I need
to find a guide that says what to do with those files after AnyDVD
rips them to the hard drive. If I have directions I can usually work
my way through them.

Shardel I used Ripit4me on both these movies no problem might want to try using DVDFab Decrypter http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm.
It is so easy to use once files have been ripped to your hard drive just open from DVD Shrink.

@shardel
VobBlanker or FixVTS should help out shrink if u use either of them first
so, all u need to do is process the ripped files thru either program
HERE is a FixVTS guide
this guide has DVDFab+VobBlanker+shrink+IMGburn
u can use just the VobBlanker part of the guide and that should work

the choice is yours

You can rip this movie with AnyDVD, but DVDShrink has a read error. I successfully used (1st time using it as well) DVDFabDecrypter to rip just the main movie, and then used DVDShrink to customize, successfully!!!

Deleted the file I ripped with AnyDVD to the hard drive.
Updated RipIt4Me to 1701-still couldn't get past 2%.
Deleted partial files from that.
Tried DVD Decrypter with AnyDVD running in the background. Sucess-
fully ripped a folder containing 383 files. Now I need to run
Fix VTS on that. Problem is the Fix VTS I had was in the RipIt4Me
program and is no longer there in the new version.
Downloaded Fix VTS and unzipped the file. When I click on it a
rectangle comes up that says run-usually that installs the file on
my program list, but this time it just opens the program. I am
not sure how to get the file with the movie in it and the program
together.
By the way thanks to everybody that has taken the time to help. You
all are being really patient. I appreciate that more than you can
ever know.

Shardel,
Take the 1st VOB in the file or any VOB and slide it over to FixVTS. Then click Full DVD and now go get a cup of coffee

Never learned to drink coffee, but this one almost drove me to it :)
Finally was successful. Learned to use a lot of these programs
alone-which I hadn't done before.
DVD Decrypter with AnyDVD, then FixVTS, after than Shrink, and
then Imgburn.
If we were allowed to use capital letters I would shout hooray!
Thanks for every bit of help guys. I learn so much from each and
every one of you.

u can always bookmark it as a reference, although once u use it once its pretty easy after that.

Not here lol. The way I copy entire discs (sans excessive trailers etc.) is listed in my signature. Happyness, Casino Royale, and every Sony movie since Saw 3 has presented no problems for me whatsoever.
I understand that not everyone wants to buy AnyDVD, but those that do, I am often baffled by why they have so many problems. Regardless, it wasn't a problem. Also, I still haven't seen this movie. I'll catch up on all my movies come Spring Break.

i think the biggest reason why u have no trouble is cuz u use VoBB. i dont use AnyDVD and have just writing what of heard about it with only shrink, if i did have AnyDVD i would probably backup the same way u do cuz i am addicted to VOBB.
If more people use FixVTS or VOBB in their combo(full disk) there would be less threads asking why its not working.

I did this one last night5 with AnyDVD and CloneDVD nary a problem. Movie and menus only. On a par with Saw 3 with the bad sectors. Can't believe if ripit4me can't do it. Will try and report back.
Edit: I just open it in Ripit4me and DVD Fab with no problem. The problem is with your pc and not the programs or you have a bad press of a disc or a new hellacious DRM! Mine is Region 1
