I can eat about four or five big pancakes, no more than that. I bet endo and gm and rtm could go a few more than that though! If jo lets endo of course! ;)
Eva, num,num,num !
Of course Jo will let me eat more pancakes (it is just polite and kind for me to ask her for permission)

I rarely use butter on my pancakes or waffles. Usually just syrup.....or chocolate sauce if there is any.
Eva, those pancakes.....8-12......14 tops. Then again, I might use them as bread for some sandwiches....toss some eggs, sausage, bacon, and beans between 2 of them. DAMN I'm HUNGRY!!
6 1/2 weeks on this weight loss competition to go. I'm down a lil over 20lbs. Can't wait to start pigging out again!!

No new pics Eva. Now I have to spend money on new clothes. All the ones I have are getting too big. Three of us at work have lost at least 20lbs each....with the top one so far at 28lbs. We allow ourselves a cheat at least once a week. We've all reduced our portions and started exercising more. We also try and trip up one another every so often.
Would you not keep it up after, just have the occasional treat?

Well fair play to you! You will really notice it in the summer, when you're showing off your six pack to all the girls! ;)

Eva, right now, I'm working on going down from a double-tapped keg down to a single tapped keg. Maybe a party ball after that. A 6 pack would be too small, I much prefer to have a case (24-pk)!!

Where's that endo chap?? Got some finishing Good Eats for him... :) I think that Jo might even approve. :)
It's not the merit of the dish nutritionally but the yummmmmmmyness of the dish that I'm hoping will get Jo to cave in. :D
....gm
add: I was talking to a friend of mine yesterday and they mentioned something about a waffle cooker at Sam's Club that is $50. You know the restaurant style cookers... I'm trying to convince the wifey we need it for the kiddies..... hehehe. :D

If I ate the stuff that I post I'd weigh much more than I do and would have a terrible digestive track to boot. :P btw you need to intake plenty of protein to keep your muscles alive and well. Especially if you work out. :)
