effffing cheating arsenal arses......
Portsmouth deserved that game hands down - good old pires.....
Oh I shall kick the ball 1 metre high and 5 yards in front of me and, oh I know I shall suddenly lose all muscular activity in my leg and dangle it towards the nearest player and if I am lucky it may just touch him briefly and if it does I shall fall into a heap on the floor and cry like a baby........bloody faggot
Dont bring that european philosophy here cos it gives me the shits......
Enough of that, I am carrying on like a portsmouth fan - Man Utd fan and yes I do not live in Manchester......that is why.....
I have just been reading the comments about Chelsea, and I believe they are looking VERY strong indeed, they obviously do have quality players now and also Lampard is starting to grow with team and producing some good plays for club AND country, also Joe cole (rent boy) as I call him is fitting in well - must be something to do with the after showers......Hasselbaink says, Oh I seemed to have dropped my soap, Joe will you be a darling and pick it up for me......Hellooooooooo.....
Anyways, early in the season, but I think arsenal will fall by the wayside again, Man utd for the title, Liverpool will continue to get things together but run out of steam, Chelsea are gonna be second cos they will hang in there....
And (laughing, but may be true) I think Portsmouth are gonna keep turning heads this season and finish in either 5th or 6th....
...............PIO is no go, DMA all the way...............
Beware of the Pixies - they move in over night and turn your life upside down

Cheers mate, but i've a few of the Jersey's signed with loads of the signatures. I met half the team in Belfast Man Utd store and at the airport once. The shirt will be worth somewhere in the region of £300-£600, my guess is around £450. just check out Ebay.co.uk for the average prices of these things.
Agree with you BaaBaa on Arsenal - Pires should be ashamed. Man Utd for the title, Chelsea will come 3rd though, cuz Arsenal will be close to us. Portsmouth are impressing at the min, hope it continues. Man City game was very good. Barcelona win 2-1 today, not as great a performance as was expected, certainly not good enough to rival Real Madrid.
Im really looking forward to Real Betis getting into Europe this year. They are my team in La Liga

I did well last year with a dream team in a paper, but i forgot about it this year. Damn - u just reminded me. People were well surprised when i left out Silvestre and had in Roberto Carlos instead. But he scored goals and set some up.
Chelski are playing tonight, or should i say Chelskov, since thats more Russian. Wonder how they will do. Man Utd we will win of course, and i really cannot wait to go to the Ibrox and destroy Rangers there aswell as at Old Trafford. They shouldnt be in with the big boys, they're not good enough!!!

Nah, you won.
More to the point - a poor performance for United with a 5-0 victory. That can only be good.

Yeah, Man Utd had a good result, though they played pretty poorly. Arsenal on the other hand played poorly and were beaten 0-3 at home to Inter. LOL i sure did laugh about that

Arsenal were terrible. That new german goalie is shite. The fact that there is no new talent in the team this year is starting to show now. Still once Henry finds his form who knows what they will be capable off.
There is gonna be a real battle for second place between Chelsea and Arsenal.

Roman Abramovich has only just acquired Chelsea and already spent over £100 million. Having £70 million rejected from Real Madrid for Raul. Imagine what Chelsea will be like when he settles down! The worlds 49th Richest man could easily turn Stamford Bridge into a 120,000 seater.
Maybe Bill Gates will buy Man Utd, now that really would blow Roman out of the water. Pity the PC nerd has no interest in soccer.
And as for Arsenal getting stuffed 3-0, what goes around comes around Pires 'Diveboy'.

Already there is interest in a three man venture for United. All 3 men are multi Billionaires, one of which is said to put Roman Abromavich's wealth to shame. Lets hope the shitty United Shareholders arse-wipes dont try and block this one. They have already tried to push the price of United up. What does this do for the prospective buyer, except force them to pay more. By paying a £100 million or so more than they couldve paid, means that they have £100 million or so less to spend on the club. Therefore, the united shareholders are being selfish towards their own needs rather than looking out for the club. Thats fine in my mind, as some are in it as business men, but what bugs me is that they tried to hide their greediness by saying it is better to keep United in the hands of lots of individuals rather than one or two people. HUH??? I think it is far better for the club to be owned by people who have a lot of cash to spend on it. That arse-wipe Magnier has balls all to spend, so for him to go would be a great thing.

Lets hope so :-)

PISSED OFF ALERT!!!!!
FUCKEN ARSENAL SCUMBAGS!
What the fuck was that?? You wouldnt see that sheer scum in the worst parts of the world. First viera DESERVED to be sent off, lets be honmest, van nistelrooy, jumped on him with every intention to foul him, but viera still threw a kick at him, thats a straight yellow card, his own fault! Then the penalty WAS a penalty, the player was on the ground before the ball even reached the box! The penalty itself was hard luck, nearly in, but when i saw 5 arsenal players pushing ruddy around, i smashed a pint glass off the floor of the pub because 1. the keeper was OFF his line before the penalty was taken, where was our retake??? 2. when the players jumped at van nistelrooy and pushed him around, i want to see suspensions man, that shit is fucked up, thats not fucken football, thats scum, pure dirty scumbags and guess what, they'll win nothing cause they were useless today, and btw, any arsenal fans, my comments are strictly at the arsenal team, not the fans!

I really do fancy Chelsea this year they are looking lethal. 3 Outstanding Strikers up front in the form of Hasselbaink, Mutu and Crespo compared to Arsenal and Man Utd who I would only consider Henry and Nistelrooy as lethal.
I'm telling you Chelsea are up there with the rest of them. The fact that Man Utd have lost Beckham and Veron make all 3 even stevens.
Chelsea Vs Man Utd I CAN'T WAIT!

Well, back from the match, was an amazing atmosphere. Really really loved it and had amazing seats :-)
The first half from where i was sitting looked so easily a Man Utd first half with us dominating most of the play. We should have scored once (free kick) maybe even twice in the first half. Rudd Van Nistelroy didnt have a very good game in my opinion, the penalty miss capped that off. Ronaldo had a very very good game making Ashley Cole look like a twat a few times.
The second half started much better for Arsenal but i still wasnt too worried as there wasnt much in the way of penetration by the Arsenal team into the United box. What did Howard have to do the whole match? Nothing. Rudd may have had a bad game with United, but where the feck was Thierry Henry?? Was he even playing lol.
The tackle that got Vierra sent off. Well firstly it was a red card for Rudd Van Nistelroy, i think you can see he is frustrated by his poor performance more than anything. But what Vierra did afterwards was totally with intent, whether he hit him or not. Rudd reacted by jumping back and looking round at the ref. That is what he should have done. However, i think Vierra should have gotten a straight Red card and not a second yellow because as the laws od the game dictate, violent actions with intent will warrant a red card, whether contact is made or not.
Next comes the penalty, which was a penalty because he was pushed to the ground before the ball even reached him. Rudd steps up and misses his 3rd in a row, which was such a disappointment to me. I feel the reason he is missing is that he is trying to change his style of penalty taking, though he was close with that attempt. The actions from the Arsenal players (and fans outside) where completely wrong and the players should be punished. Those 'animals' Keown, parlour, cole and laurent should be banned for a few games. Vierra should've had a straight red instead of a second yellow then red. Arsenals record speaks for itself when it comes to discipline. The man who stood out as a true level headed player on that field after the whistle went was Roy Keane. Even Patrick Vierra gave him a pat on the neck as keane tried to stop everyone brawling.
The most important thing in my opinion though was that i did an interview for BBC and Skysports after the match, and i was on skysports at around 35mins past the hour from 9.00pm on Sunday to around 7.00am on Monday. The story had Wenger interviewd, then ferguson, then Keane and then me giving my opinions on the matter. Was on for 15 seconds or so. If you were wondering who i was, i had Red united shirt on and a man utd scarf and flag. Im a cele now :D :D :D

I think Nistelrooy felt a little guilty when he got Viera sent off as he did ride him like a jockey in the final furlong.
This guilt may have led to him purposely missing the penalty, although I doubt it.
When the Arsenal players started to push Nistelrooy around he didn't react, either because he felt bad for what had happened to Viera, he has more self control or missing the penalty totally left him shell-shocked.
If Keane was pushed about like that he would have cracked some heads.
At the end of the day the Arsenal players were not very clever to behave the way they did as it made them look really unprofessional and lack true discipline. Wenger keep your guys under a leash or red cards will f*ck up your chances of winning the league.

I think Keane would have been cool anyway because he has had a more level-head these past few years since he came back from injury. I think Rudd was changing the way he takes penalties now and is just struggling to get the right combination of power and accuracy. it was very nearly into the top of the net.
All i can say is:
"Same old arse-nal
Al-ways cheat-ing" and i sang it many times at old trafford on Sunday :D
