Ahhhh, ddp, say it ain't so. You don't want your prime rib cooked much passed Medium Rare. If it gets too bad, just work up a small lighting show and cook it to your taste. ;P

No, this is bloody LOL! And actually, ive eaten meat this way. Well..not quite. It needs to be both seasoned properly AND needs to be HIGH quality. Omaha steaks for instance! :D

To delete, or not to delete. THAT is the question!

da chicken was even a hit with the e-thug-hole. :P I really thought the "medium-ish" prime rib would have hit the "stomach" of some here. :) BUT that's ok... as I really like the CHICKEN too!!!! :D

Hey Jo, remember that veggie platter you posted? What's that sauce thing in the middle? Looks like yogurt or something. I've been snacking on carrots to keep my hunger assuaged.
GM, man that chicken looks awesome! I have a question. I don't have a smoker, is there an alternate way of smoking the chicken? We mostly grill on the gas grill but we DO have a SMALL charcoal based grill(but no charcoal right now). Can I smoke it in the charcoal grill and then transfer it to the gas grill or can I somehow use the woodchips on the gas grill?
I've been eating a lot of this lately. I might make some quiche and post up pics.

Today when I went visit Mom & Dad's: Rice, Lima Beans, Pot Roast Gar Fish and Pot Roast Duck. I guess mom cooked it because my cousin was visiting from Houston.

And what part of Cajun Country might you be from??? First it's
Laissez les bon temps roulez and second that borders on racism from where I was raised!
