I just downloaded peerguardian and did the updated list, I'm up to 76640019 addresses yet it says 0 blocked is this normal? I've tried reinstalling it a few times and it doesn't help. Should it say it's blocking something since that is what it is supposed to to?

no its perfectly fine, it just means that no one has tried to connect to you (scan your comp). just leave it alone , its working, u might want to use protowall aswell. google it up and read whats it about.
