it should be. PS2 steering wheels were pretty poor though, the better ones used USB from the start, even when attached to the PS2 itself.

Start with that wheel then if you like it move onto one with Force Feedback its a different level of realism.

in english: When i get a new CPU I'm going to buy Live for Speed S2, and a Logitech G25!
Force Pro is quite good and much cheaper, as is the DF GT that I bought for my PS2 many years back. The latter could well be cheaper still, but lacks 900º travel.

Oh trust me, the G25 is in a class of its own, but it's a very expensive class.
