I got a game but it was not in ISO it was in MDS, so I have both converted it to ISO using alcohol 120, and then I also just changed the file extension from .mds to iso and tried burning with NERO.
Here is the problem, it takes about 27mins burning at 2x speed but when it gets to about 97% complete it quits and says unknown error, so I have already ruined about 8 dvd-r discs. Does anyone know what the deal is? Any help would be great.
could of just burn the mds file to a dvd sometimes when u copy a ps2 game an iso file and mds files comes
and dvd decrypter will tell u use to mds (even if u choose iso)
so hoped it helped
Hey guys,
I finally got it to burn correctly and load on my ps2. The problem now is that it flashes in black and white the entire time and I can hardly see the screen. However the game loads fine and I can get into an actual game.
Do you guys think I should adjust the speed at which I burn or could it just be the fifa game? It was downloaded as a PAL version.
Alright heres how I got it to burn I used alcohol 120 and opened the .mds file and just proceeded to burn and like I said it loads but the video is screwed up.
I think I understand what you mean by converting from PAL to NTSC, im just confused which file I should convert:
FIFA 10 [English][PS2DVD].MDF (4.7gb) or
FIFA 10 [English][PS2DVD].MDS (4.22kb)
You have been very helpful im just still slightly confused
Hey I converted the mdf file into an iso and then used adr pacther like you said. Do I do anything after that or just go ahead and burn the iso that I patched?
