need help, PS2 CD game won't boot

I got this cue/bin game "Sega Ages 2500 Series Vol.33 - Fantasy Zone Collection" and I tried burning it like 10 times, with 4 different appz, and my ps2 or PCSX2 won't boot it.

Also, The game seems to have 4 dummy files, but deleting them or replacing them with empty txt files doesn't work.
