Transfering PS2 Games From Hd Advance (PS2 Harddriver) To PC

Hi guys,

just trying to figure out how I can transfer my PS2 game backups on my PS2 harddrive (backed up with HD Advance 3.0) to my PC in ISO format.
I'm wanting to sell my PS2 Hardrive though I still want to keep my backups, hence wanting to transfer them to my PC.
So far, all I can find are small tutorials on how to transfer PS2 games FROM PC TO PS2 and not the other way around.
Also, I have tried putting my PS2 harddrive into my PC as a slave to copy files over, however, as it is not correctly formatted with a PC, it comes up as Unformatted and with No Files on the harddrive, even though i know this is incorrect as the games are playable on my PS2. If there is a program which could copy these 'hidden' ISO files off my PS2 harddrive to my PC's harddrive that would be perfect, though currently I am clueless!!
Help would be greatly appreciated :)
