What is the best speed to burn ps2 games on dvd decrypter?

i have a couple of games that i want to burn but im not sure at what speed i should do it because i have burned them before at other speeds like 4x and max but then they dont work..why is that??i have read that it best to burn them at 1x but im not shure... plzz help..

The best speed to burn any game media or (video for that matter)is a low speed, 1 or 2x should do nicely. DVD Decrypter is good and so is Imageburn, which I believe is just the same thing, but updated.

what do you recommend i should buy to burn the games?
some that i could buy at office depot...

I've had success with dvd-r media
imation, verbatim, sony, and memorex, I'm certain that more will work fine, but those are the ones that I've used. Have fun.
