Burning PSX games with Alcohol 120%

I believe I did everything right: I set the specs to PS1 and used RAW DAO at the lowest possible speed.
The thing is, every time I burn a game, Alcohol says it went perfectly, while my computer reads the CD as blank (and so does my PS1). But the disc obviously isn't empty since it's impossible to use it for burning again.
Please, please help me before I go bankrupt due to buying enormous amounts of CDs.

PS: I have no idea if I'm posting in the right section, if I'm not, please eliminate me gently.
