Hey there folks, fairly new to this hobby but i've managed to soft mod my PS2 9000 series slim limited to use Swap Magic, my questions is why is it that some of the NTSC games I burn load up but the screen's horizontal is all fubared,Ive used Expert rebuild, DVD Dcrypt, Ultra ISO, PS2PAL to NTSC Patch, if it wasn't for that the game would play fine, also can I play PAL games with swap magic 3.6?

I did it with CogSwap.elf myself and since u softmodded ur ps2, than this is gonna be easy
your gonna need a few things
1. ulaunch.cbs and sms.elf and cogswap.elf file
2. A PS1 game, or an/the actual PS2 Demo Dvd Issue 73, but if u got other ones, give those a try, you'll never know!!!
3. Blank dvd for the iso 4. A playing partner for "testing purposes"
things to do
1) Do the hole ps2 softmod tape and tissue thing, "google it"
2) Load up sms and ulaunch yada, yada!
3) Load up Cogswap.elf
Now that u have that set up, take the tissue out of the power button hole above it, put the PS1 Game or PS2 Demo Dvd, whichever one you have, and put the tissue back in. once the PS2 reads the either the PS1 game or PS2 Demo Dvd, hold and press "X" until the screens says "Use CogSwap" now u put the backup and press "X"!!! and Boom!!! You are now playing PS2 backup
I thought i was pretty descriptive, 95 % of my games work just wondering why some boot up with the horizontal all screwed up also can I play PAL games with swap magic 3.6?
