hi.. can i ask someone here how can i going to upgrade my ps2 using the mode chip??so i can use HDD instead laser???i got 2 type of it the 1 is fat model SCPH-50001 and the other one is the slim type model SCPH-75001.. please send me diagram or pictures where i can start to connect the mode chip 2 my ps2 board.. please HELP!!!

Ok first before a moderator gets you. Knock off the lazy text speech.

Ok first, I can give you diagrams for your PS2 boards, but would be helpful to know what mod chip you are installing?

Secondly to play games with an IDE hdd, you can only use the SCPH- 50001 for that. YOu will need a Network adaptor also.

On your V14 75001, you can only play games off a USB drive or using your PC and your LAN

INstead of a modchip you can also look at the ways to install fmcb 1.8
That way you can just load hddloader or whatever right from your Sony Browser
