RITEK's use a VERY deep purple color dye, never heard of R03 type, but I can only get hold of G05 type now as that's all that's sold locally.
Any good PC store should be able to tell you the dye type on a disc before you buy it. Once you've got the discs home, you can check the type by putting a blank one in your DVD drive & running DVDecrypter

I'd start by making sure you've got the full game & not a rip with the online stuff removed. Open the image in IsoBuster & check to see if there's any DNA$ libraries on the disc.
To be honest, I reckon you're wasting your time anyway. I got an email some months ago from SOE telling me that the servers were being closed & I'm pretty sure the date they said it would happen, has either passed, or is very near

@ace1uk
i got it to work in the end but the account key doesnt work and the game was new.
if you asking why i wanted to patch it if i had the original game is because myPS2 wont let me get online even with the original game anymore.
Because of the chip i guess.
I really wanted to try this game.

They've already been posted. Now that you've found the right list, try looking for them before you post! You shouldn't have to go too far back in the pages.

Does anyone have it within them to make an updated list we can use to start a new thread with? As much as I like to encourage searching, thirty pages is a bit much to be browsing through.

I already went through all the pages, made a complete list and started a new thread entitled 'Offical PAL DNA$ list And Requests' intending to keep the first page updated as it's a pain in the a$$ to wade through all the posts to find what you want, but then had people like Mike having a go at me because 'there's already a PAL DNA$ thread'. Funny how Mike's all for it now that it's a moderator's suggestion.

There ya go. It's useless now though cause the user name 'needs' has been suspended indefintely, meaning the first post can no longer be edited and updated.

The only reason I'm for a new thread being made, is because new DNAS IDs are constantly being created, and it is very difficult to circulate these codes when there are so many new threads being created. But I think now, that there are so many, I think it is a good idea to make a new thread and have there be the complete up-to-date list.
And as you stated, that thread is pointless now that the creator of it has been permanently suspended. I also don't remember having a go at you at all, I told needs that there was already this thread, so instead of making a brand new thread, why not just make a new post in this thread containing the full up-to-date list. But now that there have been arguments and such filling a lot of this thread up, I do think it's time for a new thread. I have been thinking this for a while now, we need an updated list, I only just mentioned it when someone else brought it up.

I'm about to walk out the door for some overnight crappie fishing so I won't be on the boards till late tomorrow. In the meantime whoever's got a list going then keep at it so we have as complete a list as possible.
ace1uk, when we get the new list up I could use your input making sure folks get the proper credit for their work.
