Before I was confused on what to get the Nano or the Video, but after I went to Compusa and used both the Video and Nano I fetlt the Video was a bit large in width and i couldn't hold it properly. and besides my sister's getting a ehite 30gb video.

umm..i got my ipod nano, and had like a whole lotta songs put on it, and like my pictures got on it some how, so i figured out how to delete them and i deleted all of the songs and everything, so everything was off of my ipod but it still told me i had like half of the space on my ipod used. so what do i do or what's wrong with my ipod?

Does anyone know how to make everything delete off of an ipod nano, because i still can't figure it out, like i did, but it's still tellin me that i have like half of the space used, and i don't..thanks!

All you do is reset it using the apple updater software. Open apple updater, hook your iPod up & click 'restore'

Can someone please tell me their average Nano battery life? I want to know because my Video only gives about 4 hours of just songs. If the Nano has more than I will trade my Video in. Can I exchange my Video for the Nano from the apple store with a receipt? that's where I got it from. Thanx

well i mean like when i play a song it goes on to the next one and it does tht until like theres no more songs and then i try to update it on my friends computer and it says it malfunctioned

nitrous - it doesn't matter what everyone else's battery lives are. Becaues you won't know until you purchase whether your battery will be faulty or not. Just follow the guidelines, because if you don't have a faulty battery, those guidelines are pretty accurate.

Than I have a faulty battery because my sister also has a white 30gb video and hers lasts longer than mine. Lethal does apple give me a new iPod or do they replace the battery on my existing one. How do I get apple to replace my battery? Thanks
