I got the iPod Video from the apple store in Staten Island. Do they take back the iPod fairly easily? Thanx for ur help Lethal

Is it posible that I can exchange my iPod Video for the 4GB iPod Nano in white. I have the receipt for the Nano, but it is opened and was purchaed on November 22, 2005. I'll still do the trade even if they want give the $50 balance back.

my friend got a i pod nano for christmas and they didnt have many songs on it so i said i would put my songs on there i pod nano for them when i installed everything and cleared some songs of there ipod nano the whole of the ipod nano screen goes white and theres nothing on the screenits totaly blank no info on it at all when i turn it off and on its still the same no info at all loos like theres no operating sysetem on iy just a blank scren all the time i tried restoring to factory settings still wont work holding menu and other vutton for 10 seconds or more still nothing any one with any advice welcome or loos like i gotta buy my friend a new ipod nan when all i was trying to do was being nice by giving a few of my songs now gonna cost me 140 pounds

Did u tell ur friend? If so ask for the receipt and send it to apple or call apple and tell them. They will send u a box and u put the ipod and the other contents in it and they will fix it and pay for the shipping. Hope i have been helpful.

Is it possible to display more than one album art per song? In Itunes, if you go under the Artwork tab in the Get info menu, it allows you to add several pictures. There is even a slider bar that allows you to see each picture. But when I update my nano and play that song, it will only display the first image. Is there a way to see the multiple images? If not, then why does it Itunes allow you to add multiple? Thanks for any suggestions.

No you can't get more than one album art on iTunes to show up on your iPod Nano. I think on iTunes it lets u put more than one album art picture incase the song u have has more than one album picture.

hey umm i have a question about my ipod nano..ok its a 2GB so that means it supposed to hold around 500 songs right? well at first i had like 55 on there n it says i had already used 1.64GB and only had 188.7MB left..and i thought that couldnt be right, because i didnt even have nearly 500 songs and it already said i had less than half of my space left..so i deleted all my songs off my ipod and it still says the same thing..i have noo idea what to do. i dont know why it has barely any room on it when i dont even have anything on it! PLEEEASE HELP ME!!

when you say you seleted all the songs, did you restore it? if not, open up the apple updater, then hook your iPod up and click on 'restore'. It your iPod will now be in factory state. Post back if the problem persists

help!!! i got advice from weasel200 but i still don't know how to get limewire to itunes. I don't really know tecnology and it would help if you could explain it in laimens terms.

Jan123 the process i use is go into library on Limewire. Than click explore. Find the song that u want on itunes. Than right click on the file and click open with... iTunes. This shuold work. Post back if u have problems

Once u click the libray tab( locatd at the top) the explore button is located halfway through the page. It's on the left of halfway to be exact. Post back if this still doesnt help.
BTW- What limewire version do u have?
