I like the FF tactics and FF VIII. I have collected all FF serries. I think i'm getting tired to play FF12.
How about you guys?

well as long as the story line and the battle system is good i won't get tired of the ff series. however if the story isn't good in a game i wouldn't even bother playing it. e.g. ffx-2 the whole game is just going on missions to me it was a dissappointment.

Final fantasy has been going down hill since 6. Them old final fantasy games is where final fantasy was at it's best including final fantasy tactics. Final fantasy IV and tactics are the best in the series. Also is final fantasy mystic quest apart of the series?

White and black 1.5 psp's
I'll take this down WHEN micro$oft decides to stop being lazy and make the capcom fighting games backwards compatible with the 360 dammit!!!

FF VIII and FF X is the best two games for me in the series i have all the games aswell all orignal. can't wait for XII :D

I'm getting tired because I hate the maze(like forest, tomb, castle,...), to find the keys, to do thing inorder so you can finish the mission, and more.
The only simple game in FF series is FF Tactics.

The FF series will always stay.
Each story is different, (exp ffx and ffx-2) FFX continued
Why would you be tired of it?

dam right about that, i loved FFX too. and the FF series has not gone down hill in fact the series has improved since each one has been released, and it gets better for them when they do other projects too like chrono trigger, kingdom hearts and chrono cross.

I cant say that FFXI was a good game. I dont own it and dont want to. You pay alot for it. But i really think FFXII is going to be a good game. How long has it been under development now!?

Yeah, I like FF VIII and FF X, not FF X-2 though, that was crap I thought... looking forward to XII a lot, should be awesome with the amount of time they've spent on it... got 2 months to wait here in the UK :(
and there's FF VII: the dirge of cerberus next month here in UK, anyone got it yet?

Hey whats happenin, im a noob to this forum, but not to data trasfer and such. Heres my question:
I downloaded the FFXII Demo the other day and it was only 352mb or something, which i found odd, but let go since it was only a demo. it wasnt in a rar file, just a normal folder from a torrent. I knew that i had to turn into an ISO. file to transfer it to my PS2, so with much difficulty, i managed to convert the e-ffxiid.001(to.008) files into one big iso. file which was still only 352mb. I transferred it onto my PS2 HDD via network cable using HL Dump, but the file didn't play! All i got was a black screen, which ever mode i used. Is this a flaw in the software, (i'm using HD Advance 3.0 PAL version) or my own flaw? Is there something i can do to rectify this problem? Thanx, Ash.
P.S. Torrents are slow, Dragon Quest VIII been downloading for 2 weeks now for about 12 hours a day and still only done 3.46%... lol

I like the FF series. I like FFV, FFVII, FFVIII, and FFX the best. FFX-2 was garbage I agree. If I had to pick one, oh FFV. I loved the job system, the three worlds, and of course Ex Death or Gas X as I called him lol. Coolest Hero in the FF series, I'd either have go with Cecil from FFIV, or Squall from FFVIII. What do you guys think? Who's the coolest FF hero? I'm sure Cloud will when in a land slide. I guess I'll settle on Squall. I was playing thru FF8 until I got my PS2 modded a couple months ago. It's hard to play PSX games when you've got PS2 games to play. So who's played the FFXII Demo? I must say I wasn't overly impressed. What do you guys think? Cheers!

Well, to date I've only played the FF VIII, FF X and FF X-2 games... and I think I'd go with squall too, but Wakka was pretty cool (yeah mon)... and I think it was the same guy who did the voice for Wakka as does the voice for bender out of futurama... "bite my shiny metal ass" - classic!! LOL.
I can't even remember the guy's name from FF X now, but I thought he was too whiny.. like a spoilt brat, got on my nerves sometimes, LOL.
Anyway, can't wait for FF VII cerberus.. and FFXII of course.. gonna be awesome :) I might even see if I can pick up a copy of FF VII somewhere, must be really cheap by now, LOL.

forgot to say you wont find a copy of 7 cheap they are a forture even more so if its the first release (not plat)

the coolest FF hero for me has to be Auron from FFX and squall from FFVIII because i love his character. wakka was very annoying for me. and cloud is too overrated. i love paine from FFX-2 too.

Yeah I hated Wakka too. I never actually finished FFVIII. I was playing through it earlier this year. I got a little carried away with level building. All my guys were at level 100 by disc 2! I had 100 Holy and Flare's on three guys. Squall had heart. FFVIII had arguably the best plot in the series, along with FFX. The first time I saw the summon for Bahamut Zero, I was like holy shit, that's the coolest thing I've ever seen in my life. Anima's overdrive in FFX was sweet. So how about the super tough bonus bosses? Who beat Omega and Shin Ryu in FFV? What about The Emerald and Ruby Weapons in FFVII? What about the Omega Weapon in FFVIII? Then there were all the extras's from the monster catching in FFX, concluding with the menacing Nemesis. I beat Omega and Shin Ryu if FFV, and Nemesis from FFX. I wussed out on the other's lol.
