Gamepaly has gotten so annoying/not very well thought thru/funky now adys I skip 90% of the frustration and use my code breaker or game action replay.
I like adding gamepaly like giveing link the abilty to jump or run like the wind Zelda OOT Inf ammo and starting out with full magic metter for lvl 2 spin attack is neat to,I find going full god mode is mind numbingly boreing.

Copyright infringement is nothing more than civil disobedience to a bad set of laws. Lets renegotiate them.

yeah those springs were great, and the massage was enjoyable. but hey, japanese are pervs, but they have the lowest rape rate. to back up the perv statement, they sell used panties out of vending machines with a picture of the girl who wore them..

But they all do sort of the same thing, and that is rearrange what you thought was real, and they remind you of the beauty of very simple things. You forget, because youre so busy going from a to z, that theres 24 letters in between... You turn on... tune in... and you drop out...

That's a nice offer 360 dude, but FFVII: Advent Children is widely available over the internet already. Not to mention, that's skirting forum rules. You should edit that post before a mod sees it.

I was actually pondering that last night...still haven't come to a satisfactory answer though.

In RPG news, I can now fully support that DQVIII is a great game! I finally sat down and actually played it for awhile this morning and moved the plot along a bit, and while it may not be the most intricate or original, it certainly is fun, which is what I expect from good ol' DQ(W). It made me chuckle more then once and it's just a fun game, in gameplay and mood.

Seal of Approval

What do you think about Suikoden V and Shadow Hearts 3: From the New World? They will be better than DQVIII. If you dont beleive me, just wait. I will play them and let you know.

Im playing FFX-2 at the moment, i want to finish it because i need closure on the tidus not existing kinda thing. Dammit Yuna keeps having flashbacks with him and they make me feel all sad. They need to make an FFX-3 with everone back in it, including auron, so i can feel happy. I wonder whether they'd do it for $50.

Yeah I think I cried the first time I saw the ending, of course that was years ago when I was a raging Alky lol. I don't think I'd cry watching it nowadays, but it'd still be sad. Tidus never exsited *sniffle*. As far as Suikoden V and SH3 being better than DQVIII, how can you say that when they aren't out yet? They might be, but only time will tell. DQVIII is a great game, some people just want to level up. If you try to race through the game, it won't be fulfilling, plus you'll die all the time. That's my opinion, of course I'm convicted sex offender, what do I know? Cheers!

Lol tokijin. Tidus does exist! Dont say that! Waaaaaaaahh! Lol i would have wanted a drink when i watched it for the first time. I remember myself and a friend who plays FFX got drunk and we played it, and we managed to do the butterfly catcher for kimahri's ultimate weapon and the lightning dodger for lulu's whilst we were toasted. It was quite an achievement. Have you got TOL up and running yet?

I wasn't stating DQVIII is the best game out there, just simply that I have fun playing it. But then I guess it's partially because I have nostalgia too. It's just a fun, light romp a good change from the dark "tries to be serious" RPG.

About Shadow Hearts and Suikoden, you're right, we will see. I've always wanted to play Shadow Hearts, and I've never really gotten into the Suikoden series, but they're kinda different from DQVIII to be saying which is better anyway.

And hell, like I said before I take FFX-2 as pure garbage. But I'm also INSANE, so nothing I say can be trusted... @_e

Lol its good to see people who blatantly say my opinion is crap and dont listen to anything i say. Its a change from some people in other forums who are bigots. Anyway, i partially agree. FFX-2 is kinda stupid, but i play it for the fact that i get to see all the characters again and i get to bring tidus back to life. I dont really like the combat much, no customisation is a bore. It has some cool characters though, the three musketeers (baralai, gippal and nooj) are pretty cool; nooj is so obviously a mediocre auron clone.

Anime/RPG Spoilers!!!

Yeah I don't mind admitting I get emotional when watching games/anime at times when it gets sad. I dare anybody to tell me they didn't get a tear in their eye when they watched the end of FFVII disc one. That was one of the all time shockers. I simply remember going nooooooo!. I didn't believe what I had seen. I felt the same way when watching the end of Cowboy Bebop or when Wolfwood was killed in Trigun. If you've ever scene the end of Soul Reaver 2 or Berserk, the same thing applies. Bad endings are sad, but in my opinion more memorable. I like it when the hero dies. It makes me think and feel more for him. If Tidus didn't disappear in the end of FFX I don't know if I'd still like him. When he was gone, I was able to overlook his whiny, pretty boy, cocky jock persona, and feel sorry for him as a person.

Tokijin did you ever read the Berserk manga or play the game for PS2? The manga is insanely good and the game takes place directly after the ending of the anime series (read the manga first so you can kinda understand what to do and what's going on).

Deadlywave: Well I wasn't being entirely blatant. More circular. =P And in all seriousness this goes to everyone, I'm just a sarcastic hard-headed bastard. I generally mean no harm, but sometimes I lack tact. So most of what I say can be dismissed on a whim.

What the hell!

I've heard the manga was quite good, and a lot more graphic than the anime. Usually the anime is toned down is terms of sexual innuendos and violence. I've heard there was a quite bit of gore and rape in the Berserk manga, which got left out of the anime.

Yes, there's alot of sex and hyper-violence. But it also has a larger amount of character and story development. IMO, the anime did a good job in staying true to Berserk, and I liked it just fine. Gutts is forever marked down in my Badass List of Badasses.

Peace!

Good god what country are you guys in? Lol you guys are posting all day when im online. I think the only time i've been awake and you havent been posting is early in the morning. Man i wish i had manga and cool comics to read, in NZ you can get almost nothing. Kinda stupid too since we have a heck of a lot of Asian immigrants coming in. Arrghh they should bring themselves and their Anime. I love cartoons, i think they're great. I cant not watch shows like Yugioh, beyblades, zoids, DBZ/GT, Avatar, Simpsons, Family guy etc. I only seem to like the good looking anime that use cels like DBZ and yugioh. Man i was so pissed the other day; have been watching yugioh: waking the dragons, and it got to within like the last 10-15 episodes maybe less and then the school programmes started again and they replaced it with Spongebobs Queerpants!! Arrghh now i'll have to d/l the last episodes or ill be annoyed for weeks. Im off to uni in less than a week and im going to have my laptop hooked up to an aerial and im going to be a tv freak! Ill record the simpsons every night and every other show that i can imagine. Anyway back to FF, im going ever so slightly off topic... So what do you guys think of The Spirits Within? Even though it really had nothing to do with FF, i still think it was quite a good movie.

Well, I can't speak for anyone else but I'm from the greatest land of all... NEW JERSEY(USA)! But currently I'm in Pennsylvania for College. And being a College student allows you the liberties of burning the candle at both ends I'm up early and to bed late.(Well early enough.)

While I can't say that I'm a fan of Yu-Gi-Oh! (ugh), DBZ will always have a wacky little place in my heart, considering it's relatively old and I saw it/DB when I was a kid. You can easilly download manga from torrent sites or the fanslators themselves. I honestly haven't actually watched a series on TV since DBZ. All have been DVDs or downloads.

On FF:TSW, I completely agree. I feel that it shouldn't really be called FF, kinda like FFXI should've been FF:Online. I actually liked the movie, it just wasn't FF. Plus, when I first saw it I was like "EXPLETIVES THAT'S REALLY EXPLETIVES REAL LOOKING!" Yay Aki!

I AM THE PRINCE OF ALL SAIYANS ONCE AGAIN!
