Transferring DVD to Ipod Using Hand Brake and Mac Ripper

OK, I am trying to transfer my movies to my new Ipod.
I used Mac The Ripper to my hard drive.
I used Hand Brake to transfer the ripped dvd to my Ipod into Itunes videos.
I just tried to rip a movie using HandBrake.
Here is the Break down using HandBrake:


DVD: volume/Elers/HereisMichael
Title: 1-01h4315s
Chapeters: 1 to 28


Video
Framerate: same as source
encorder FFmpeg
Traget size: 700
Average bitrate 1000 (this is checked)

Destination
File Format: MP4 file
Codecs: NPEG -4 Video/ACC audio
File: users/hhhfie/desktop

Subtitles
Language:english

Audio
Language1: English (AC3) (5ch)
Language2 None
Sample Rate (Hz) 44100
Bitrate 128

I hit rip and it starts encoding task 1of 1 ETA 2hr43 and within two minutes it is DONE. What am I doing wrong HELP

did you check the converted file to see if it was fully converted in that short amount of time?

it only converted the beginning of the movie -showing coming up films. It will not show the movie. It converted so quickly it was about 2-4 minutes.

What am I doing wrong?

I would sugest just buyying PQ DVD. It is fast easy and painless. Or if you want free you can get DVD decoder and videoara.
