fifa street 2 does not work with swap magic !

just tried to rebuild fifa street 2 tried the easy way with gnie rebuilding tool no luck and also tried with cdvdgen got an error message can`t read cue so if anyone else has any lick please let me know i am using swap magic 3.6 if i remember fifa street was a pig to sought out as well i think i had to wait for a patch for that
my mistake i selected wrong option at the begining of cdvdgen cd-rom instead of dvd-rom anyway just rebuilt it now burning will report back in a while to tell you if it works
no luck dosn`t seem to work my img file is a lot smaller 1.93gb but won`t load at all if anyone else has any luck please let me know

last version needed gnies patch for SM,guess you will have to wait for a newer release by gnie,(unless tho old patch may miraculously works!!!),worth a shot,maybe

the original img file is 4.37gb but extracted and rebuilt its 1.93gb

i am still waiting on this game,but like i said,rebuilding wont help you on this one,(if the last fifa street has anything to go by)

well i think its time for me to bow out now i had one last go at rebuilding it using the Nero method and still no dice i think your right hursty will have to wait for the patch i get most of the games for my boy but this one i was looking forward to. oh well can`t have everything i expect someone much cleverer than me will come up with a patch in due course

ive burned fifa street 1 and fifa street 2 flawlessly. I never rebuild my games because i never have any success ith rebuilding. I think that if it would be able to be that small they would have made it that way in the first place. I just burned using DVD Decrypter 8x verbatims burning at 4x, stuck in swap magic 3.6 and then swap the disc out for both of them and it worked fine. I do not understand why people rebuild, to me its retarded and there is no use for it unless it is over 4.7 gbs. Ive burned tiger woods pga tour 2006 and that as 4.6 gb and i did nothing special to it and it worked perfectly. So geoffbob just burn as you would normally, no rebuilding no nothing and seeif that works out for you. Otherwise I can't help you.

we know that it doesnt need rebuildin, and id like to know how u hav got it workin with swap magic with out a patch, cos the 1st one would not work with swap magic without a patch

well i had to patch fifa st 1to get it to work with swap magic 3.3 i think thats what i had at the time, i have just burned the original fifa st 2 file without rebuilding it that was the first thing i done and it didn`t work and many ppl on different sites have had the same problem as me and if you have got it working you are the first i have heard of well done to you m8

fifa street did not work with swapmagic without a patch.period
unless you downloaded a "already patched" version from the net
as for fifa street 2....
i havent got this game as yet to take a look at it,but reports on other sites suggest a patch is required also
its reported not to be working with swapmagic due to TOC ,and a rebuild just makes it worse

So are we saying that the ps2dvd fifa street 2 PAL edition just needs good discs and not be rebuilt.ill report back tommorow with the reuslts and ill tell you what works and what doesnt.

but ive gotted to work perfectly with hdloader and hard drive

did you back it up yourself or did you dl a pre patched copy? as i remember 3.6 wasn`t out when fifa street 1 was released i think 3.6 was released about 2 months later so maybe they fixed it with 3.6 all i know is that i`ve tried everything with fifa street 2 and i can`t get it to work with 3.6 and ppl on other forums seem to be having the same problem

so they fixed it with swap magic 3.6 i had to patch to get it to play with 3.3 and so did everyone else as i remember but i have since bought 3.6 and it looks like fifa st 2 needs a patch like fifa st 1 did with 3.3

they should just invent a burning toll that burns to the authentication part of the disc.I dont understand why it doesnt do this cause it is an iso file and is suppost to replicate the whole game.By chnave has anybody used Blindwrite 5 cause that copies pc games and it gets past the insert correct cd rom cd in the cd drive part so i might try and burn with Blindwrite 5 and just put it in the ps2.LOL

Insert ur SM disc in the normal way, once it boots slide out and insert the cogswap disc u burned using the slide or fliptop method,press x and a yellow disc will appear, pressx again and a purple disc will appear, from here press"eject" now at this point u will need to have an origional disc with a high TOC, i used tigerwoods 2006, but another user used Fifastreet 1, insert ur origional disc until the yellow disc appears again, press x again to get the purple disc showing, finally use the slide tool or flip top method to insert ur back up of fifa street 2, hope u have fun bye.

hi,
you can START the game with cogswapload, but its unplayable anyway because of heavy stuttering each replay or movie. dont waste media like i do and wait for a patch.
p.s. its my first comment so i have to thank for this great site (especially for the swapmagic section^^)
