Well my ipod got stolen 3 days after I got a brand new one because my old one was broken so I had the plastic and a case on it and I didnt get the case back AND the plastic was torn off and it was all scratched I used brasso and it got rid of some minor scratches but not the big ones....so do you think they will do what they did with the nano and replaced the scratched screen for like 20 bucks cause Im not happy!?

i'm not sure....but i purchased a little cover for the screen and it fills in scratches already on the ipod adn protects it too. i love it. here's a link for it:

Well the scratches are already there so will that get rid of them?

Hi,

Yes it makes the scratches dissapear, until you remove it, then they are back. Put it back on & they are gone. It's a great product
