Does anyone know of a way to copy protect homemade dvds so noobs that can only use nero, etc. and don't know about anydvd, decryptor, etc. can't make copies? Any help would be great!
Do a search for CPRM and also this recorder (LG6821W). The LG recorder is suppose to put the CPRM protection on any discs it records making the first copy very hard to recopy. I have no idea how well it works since this is just from info I read, but its suppose to actually work.
CPRM is another way the powers to be are trying to stop the average person from making copies. The first time I heard of this was a member on here that PM'd me asking how to break this protection on her home movie dvds. She didn't even know her machine was adding the copy protection to them. These were home movies NOT dvd backups.
