Bombayboy-you have to obtain the flash1 yourself. Here are the instructions:
1. To obtain the f1 folder, get FileAssistant from here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/download.php?id=376 2. Extract file assistant to your PSP\GAME folder on your memory stick
3. Run FileAssistant
4.Press O
5.Press the left trigger until the Disk option is highlighted
6.Press the right trigger
7. Highlight PSP BIOS 1 and press O
8. Highlight all four folders (by pressing square on each of them)
9.Press the left trigger until Copy is highlighted and then press the right trigger
10. It will copy four folders called dic, registry vsh and net to your memory stick, copy these to the f1 folder in MPHGameLoader\.
11. Thats it!
And try with the following UMDEmulator Settings:
. CPU/BUS speed : 333/166MHz
. ISO emulation mode : system menu
. Disctype ISO : game
. Disctype UMD : game
. Updater icon : remove
. Use boot.bin : on
. Regioncode overwrite : off
. Flash0 emulation : off
. Flash1 emulation : off

This one is regarding my last reply. When I format my 2.00 update files using the firmware processer, I get all the folders but there are no files in the folders. My question is why isnt there anything in the folder and what do I do exactly? Thanks for your advice!!
My PSP History:

Ultimapsp- Not really sure whats wrong, I gave step by step instructions in the thread that bombayboy made (http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/331894).
Maybe you can post a screenshot, or something, cos I don't know how you went wrong.
Bombayboy- Maybe you should try the other methods I posted (Method 4 or 5, the runUMD fix).
EDIT- This is what sniper78 said about running major league baseball ISO:
Quote: OK ok DO NOT UPDATE I have this game working 100% perfect you know without online cause iso dont have wifi suppory yet but thats coming. Ok the three prx files in the moduoles folder in mlb after you extract the iso are the folders you need to change. You can get the files to replace them from Star Wars Battlefront 2 or I can send them to u. When you are going to change the files with the new ones you have to copy and paste each one into mlb. You cannot just drag and drop. The rebuild the iso with umd gen. After shrink the new rebuilt iso with dax, and boot with dax on your psp using System Menu-runumd, and ram on or off try both one works it's just i dont have the iso on my psp i have pursuit force. If anything doesn't make sense tell me. I DO NOT WANT YOU TO UPGRADE BECAUSE IS WAY TO EASY TO SOLVE, AND TO HAVE A BENNIFIT OF A 2GB STICK>
You can find the original thread here: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/332420
So it turns out the runUMD mod (Method 4) does work for this game.
Hope that helped.

The files he mentioned are the PRX's from the game Star Wars Battlefront 2. So if you have that ISO, u can just extract the needed files.
Another EDIT-
According to this compatibility list (http://forums.psphacks.net/index.php/topic,13528.0.html), for major league baseball, you can just load it from UMD Emulator with direct load. Try it that way, it might work (you don't need to mess with MPHGameLoader or firmware dumps, just UMDEmulator).

On the root of my memory stick, I have these files:
1. PSP
2. DEC
3. ENC
4. ISO
5. MP ROOT
6.OUT
7 OUTX
8. mphgameloader
and inside number 8 I have folders named "f1" , "f0" , along with the folders is "mphfl". "f0" has nothing even after I used the firmware processer and in folder "f1" I got the four files using file assistant but its only 157KB.
Is this right so far, because im pretty sure i followed all of eternalis guide so far. If its not then im totally lost and about to just give up.

f0 should have some stuff in it. Did you use PBP Unpacker and PSAR Dumper first, before using the firmware processor?

Yes I did.
I used the pbp unpacker for the update 2.00 files and then extracted the .PSAR files to the root of my memory stick and used the program decryptor v.01 on my psp. Which I think gives me those two files; "out" and "outx". Then I ran the firmware processer, with my specified psp drive, destination: mphgameloader, process: "out" and "outx". The process goes pretty fast and I got the folders. But literally there are no files in them. Is there something wrong here?

I'm trying to load major league baseball, sniper got it working...but mine didn't, he exactly copied the contents of his psp and gave them to me...but when i use dax, put in the correct settings(the ones that work for him), i get to the main menu and get a error message(which i am mean to)and go to Run-umd. From there i get a error...Is it something to do with the region of me psp? i have a USA game but a UK console...could it be that?
Does anyone have the correct size of MLB, mines 1.37 Gb...am i missing soemthing?
I have done everyything right,is it the region coding thing...does it play a big facter in it...or am i missign somethinf from my iso? i have replaced the prx. files with the correct ones..from snipers MLB...Sigh

I used a fix from PS2NFO.com and got Megaman Powered Up to work but when I choose to continue a game, the game itself doesn't detect a save file, is there any way to fix this?

lol, no sniper, the e-mail i got yesterday had some prx files in them, i just replaced them again, rebuilt the iso. I always had the UMD inserted :). It was something to do with the rebuilt iso: it was corrupted, so i rebuilt it.
Cheers for all the help.
DEE
p.s-for every new game, do i have to replace the prx files?
