i download some animation with bittorrent.It's a ".dat file".After that i use nero to burn,i select mode vcd and drag drop but nero pop up some message to me
if i ignore this,i can burn.But that video cd is so bad, its picture has many rectangular.
So,i try to check ".dat file" by using Power dvd.
i think it is a vdo file. why can't i burn it and why i have to re-encode ? because if i encode it, i will get bad video.it is low quantity.
how do i do? i don't want to watch bad animation. please help me.... :(
This could be caused by two things, firstly the poor quality of the original source...this is possibly why you received that message...poor quality.
Secondly I think you mean pixelation..also from poor quality download and the use of poor quality media.
