u need RunUmd, download it, then copy and paste those folders to ur psp root and say yes to everything, then run RunUmd with any umd inside, push X and it will load the game, good luck.

Souljah, that iso will not work. I tried for hours getting to work, even got UMD Gen to recognize the files as being a SF iso, but wont boot on dev. U can try replacing the boot.bin and eboot.bin with the ones from Worms, but for me its not worth the trouble. Find another iso....
@lancerx, yes that will work, qith no wifi or save. Finding an untouched iso will let u do both using devhook.

erm i have a working iso
i just cant run the umd
i just used standard settings n it worked hr8 (iso) in dev and dax. mine was usa. around 105mb when compressed (torrent)

The runUMD version is not worth the time: no save, no wifi, no nothin. Find an untouched iso and u will be fine.

Haha, I haven't started yet. I plan on doing it tomorrow night as I'm going out all of tomorrow and tonight with some friends.
I've had too many distractions or things that have been keeping me busy the last couple of days.

Get Fight Night running first, i need some competition. Besides, from what i hear, cell isnt even that good of a game, and it takes work to get it running properly. Fight Night is quick and easy;)

No, there is no point. 2.5s already have the ability to boot all these games, plus u can't play iso's on the 2.5.

Tomb raider works with street Rider prx files but i have sound problems and the cut scenes are very fast...has anybody a idee what the problem might be?

yup, been reading a lot of threads bout Tomb Raider, sounds like lots of ppl are having those problems. U can always try prx's from 1.5 games. Its worth a shot;)

Yea, he tried the 1.5 Street Rider PRXs.
Alot of people hear the opening bit and then they can't hear anything after that, so your problem is pretty typical right now.

no i used the prx from wipeout but i have the same problem with thr street rider prx huhhh hope there will be a fix cause the game is amazing lara looks better then ever but i can't hear anything when she breath or shoots but thanks anyway....

ok, i'm not sure what i can legally post here, but i followed this guide to the letter and all was well:

now i was trying to run tomb raider (iso) so here are the Devhook settings for that. By the way i have not edited the original at all, no swapping the prx files or anything just the full 1.37gb iso, but i have a 2gb card so up to you if you want to chop it.
After following the instructions on the above forum you should have been able to load a 2.50 version including a Internet Browser, pretty cool!
You have to run the Devhook Firmware Installer every time you want to use v 2.50 or run a new game. So here are my settings for running Tomb Raider starting from scratch, ie turning on my 1.50 PSP:
Go to Game->Memory Stick->Devhook Firmware Installer and run, press "o" to start and let it do its 'thang'. Then you will have to press "o" again to load the flash and again to exit.
This will dump you back in your normal screen
Go to Game->Memory Stick->Devhook 0.41 (or b) Launcher and run
Settings:
UMD SELECT: TOMBRL.ISO (or whatever iso you are trying to run)
UMD MOUNT: ISO ANYUMD
UMD VERSION: 2.XX -> 2.00
FIRMWARE: 2.50
CPU CLOCK: 333MHZ / 166MHZ
BOOT SELECT: REBOOT XMB
The START on the Main Menu
It will reboot and you will be in game. Nice!
This has been a step by step procedure just so i can verify it works as i have said, and it does. Good Luck

Great post azreal!!!! Im still using .40, and do not have the option to dump flash, guess it timw to upgrade. Thx for posting ur results, i appreciate it;)

Can u elaborate on this please? Using .40 this is not necessary. Not sure if ur just talking about Every game or just each time to want to play Tomb Raider.
