Installed devhook 0.41d and updated the DATA.PSAR files and extracted with firmware installer, first 2.0 and then 2.5. Tried Loco Roco and Pinball Classics, with the same problem on both.

Googen the reason why it says corruted data is coz your tricking the psp to play 2.5 firmware if you also chek your setting itll say 2.5.. i had the same prob..:) however mine didnt start at all..:) just turn off your psp then launch the dev hook, it wont say corrupted data no more..:) the home button should work perfectly fine though....:)

Quote: Alot of features are included in this piece of homebrew, including FULL 2.5 emulation (fully working web browser), and FULL 2.5 umd game support. Get it here: http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/563 With this new method alot of our iSO's will be working such as:
Breath Of Fire 3 (use PGS release, with Save working)
Bust-A-Move Ghost/Deluxe (EUR, USA- works now without the patch. Press START to quicky bypass the intro hang)
Capcom Collection (WiFi works- with 1.5 PRX files renamed)
LMAO, always good for some great advice juan. These lists all originated from the same place.....but you knew that of course

So, um, whats your point with all this? Loce Roco plays untouched, and everybody know all games released since a couple weeks ago is compatible with devhook. I didnt need to see a list to understnad Loco Roco worked on Devhook, and im sure the same goes for the vast majority of psp owners.

Thats where I go to get info.all the game that do not work I get them to work when I change the prx.(same people think that they need a fix for some game but prx chage will make them work or how you say worked as is)but the good thing of fixes is that you save time.

Yep, they have everything. Thats my next step, learning how to create patches. Always been interested in doing stuff like that, just never got around to it.

LOL will do, my bussy is about to start teaching me advanced DOS, so hopefully ripkits will be the starting point and later down the line, ill try to make patches. I have a lot of repesct for the ppl on max console that create all those patches and kits, its a lot of hard work

No kiddin, its alot easier to use (patches), for most people who don't wanna mess around with swapping prx files.
But seriously I've not really had to do that, I keep reading bout it and wondering what the heck am I missing, but my iso's work just fine, once it a while I require a ppf patch but nothing major.

A lot of iso's are coming patched lately, especially the ones that require devhook. Thank god for this, because Im personally getting tired of answering 15 seperate thread starters each day on how to swap prxs.

HAHA i have all types of useless tips, that being one of them. Those are good for pry much all games that dont require devhook, while Street Riders should be used in pretty much all games that do require devhook. There you are, just met by daily quota of useless tips:p
