I've tryed running the iso with Devhook but with no luck... What can I do to run the iso?

What version of devhook are you using and what settings are you using in devhook?

what happen when you try to load it?Remember that gta dont work with compression level 9.

I'm using devhook ver.0.40 and options:

UMD-MODE: ISO ANYUMD
UMD Ver.: 2.xx -> 2.00
Firmware: 2.50+2.00
Boost Select: reboot XMD

try changing firmware to only 2.50. I think thats your problem.

After the psp logo appears with the white background, it freezes with a black screen but psp is still on.

The only firmware options on devhook are:

1.50(flash)
1.50
2.00
2.50+2.00

I would go uprade your devhook to .44 u can emulate 2.71 with that one and can play all psp games made up to this point.

Go download devhook .44 and use these settings

UMD SELECT - your .iso (gta in this case)
UMD MOUNT - ISO ANYUMD
UMD VERSION - 2.xx --> 2.00
FIRMWARE - 2.71
CPU CLOCK - 222
BOOT SELECT - REBOOT XMB

And dont mess with other. After you try it you should post back results becuz im curious as to if u get it working cuz i have a backup of gta also.

Hmm. Did you put all the files in the right place. You should try a different iso just to make sure its not the iso itself. And also alot of the pre packaged versions of devhook dont work. Lemme give you a link to one that I know works.

All is I did was download the iso. There are other files that came with it:

flash1
flash0
mphloader.prx

I just put them in the root.

Ok with the devhook package I recommened to download there is two folders you drop to the root of your memstick. dh and PSP.
