It's not on ProjectPSP either, as they are also wary about hosting a set of hugely illegal tools.
However hugely illegal is very often synonymous with hugely cool, as in this case.
USA Factory 1.5 > 2.71 SE-C > 3.03 OE-C, 4GB Sandisk + 1GB Sandisk, D-Pad Mod, SNES 9x_TYL 0.4.2, DGEN 1.70, NesterJ 1.11, DDR Mix V.1, PSP Revolution v.03 Anime, currently playing - Tony Hawk's Project 8, Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters, WSC 2007

you should remove the link before you get banned. Imagine what would be going on right now if the eboot signer was leaked.

I'd be emptying Sony's back accounts to some random offshore bank accounts...I mean I would make the new N64 Emulator run in kernal mode on 2.8. Yea....that's what I'd be doing, of course.

you'd be able to tell the 1.5 fw update to run without checking the current version

You'd be able to do anything, except make beer with it.
Edit: Quote: you'd be able to tell the 1.5 fw update to run without checking the current version
You wouldn't need to run the 1.5 upgrade. We could take every app that runs on 1.5 and allow it run on the latest firmware upgrade.
