So using this app from psp-hacks is appropiate? Easy 2.50/2.60 Downgrader

How many AD's (Afterdawners) have used this and successfully downgraded to 1.50 firmwire?

Hey just downgrader to 1.5v want to run Dev 45. I have been reading posts all this morning and searching google... its saying that i will need a reboot.bin file where can i find one? what do I need to do? Help?
