I am a newbie at this in all the sense of the word so i need all the help you've got to offer and thank you in advance.

I recently obtained Nero 7 ultra edition (dont know what that means) for the sole purpose of converting .avi movie files into H.264/mpeg4 files so i would be able to watch them in my ipod video.

The only directions i was given are as follow,

Used Nero Recode to convert to Nero Digital
. now, i did just that but the final product did not meet expectations, although, sound played perfect in the ipod the video came out broken and pixi.

Now my question to u is, how can i fix this problem?
