i can't help you, but i can offer you advice: be patient. if you keep bumping your own threads like this, you'll be reprimanded by a mod.

Kazangwa, 1773 has searched before and found that the guides and videos he finds on google are not detailed or descriptive enough to help him. so if you can't post with some courtesy and help the guy out, please don't post at all. it's outright rude.
1773, maybe something here can help. if no member can post any good links, you might just try a careful disassembly and swap. be sure not to loose any parts and take it slow; i'm willing to bet you'd be fine.

I have the same problem, I have the new screen and need to know how to replace it. Did you ever find out how to replace it? If any one can help me with directions, I would be very greatful.

don't know if this'll help, but I found this site while looking to replace a battery on a PDA - looks like they've got instructions on taking everything apart (my problem is that I tend to use the 'brute force and ignorance' method of taking things apart). My method works, sometimes.

hope it helped
