my wife has an ipod nano and wants me to put a workout cd (non-apple) onto the ipod. im totally non-teccie so i need help.

Insert your CD to the drive, run iTunes, then rip CD to AAC and sync to iPod nano.

put cd in itunes should start straight away and it will add the songs then go to add most recent and auto fill
