dvd to iPod conversion

I am using 123copydvdgold to convert dvds to my iPod with a copy being saved to the hard drive. I tried to convert a six dvd box set. Five of the six dvds successfully converted and appear in both my iTunes library and on the hard drive. One of the dvds did not successfully convert. The converted file appears on the hard drive but not in the iTunes library. When you click on the file the following message is displayed:

error 2048 file is not a movie file.

They are all from the same boxed set so why would one not convert properly? Is there a solution?

what's the extension of your movie file? is it mp4 or mov?

After conversion: MPEG-4 which is the same as the other five which converted properly.
