please someone help me i cant tranfer my video to ipod because iTUNES says me that


if you know what i am doig wrong white here.my apple ipod is 5.5 30gb.mp4 format i am formating with WinAVI ipod converter ant imtoo i tried with all but the problem is the same.... please help me.

I tried all but the cucusoft is only a trial version so i dont convert with it.do you have ideas with what i should convert mp4 files i tried with winAVI but he convert me without sound.........i tried imTOO but he convert without sound too. i dont know that to do.sry for my poor eng:) :(
