DEAR SIR,MADOM

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY IPOD
MUSIC MENU DOESNOT WORK IT DOESNOT RECOGNISE THE FORMAT OF VIDEO AND PICTURE WHEN I WANT TO PLAY A VIDEO IT WILL APPEAR FORMAT ERROR ON THE SCREEN . I DONT KHNOW WHAT CAN I DO FOR FIXING THIS

IT IS A 2GB IPOD

thanks for your attention . I tried to delete all the files but it dose not let me to do it with saying this folder is not accessable

How are you adding the files? Try restoring it with iTunes, then reload all the files on it WITH iTunes. Also, make sure the songs are mp3's before loading them.
