when i put the dvd in it comes up in preview
data error {cyclic redundancy check}

whats up with this can anyone help me it done this with other dvds to

d:/video_ts_01_3.VOB: read error
data error (cyclic redundancy check}
if reading media has failed please clean the surface and try again

{file 1 d:/video_ts/vts_01_3.vob 23 picturereader}

can anyone HELP PLZZZZZZZZZZ

when ive gone through the settings and click go

it then says

file corrupted
please reinstall the application and run a virus check!
