On new computer, I've been getting same problem that when I start utorrent or bitlord, everything went slow, I even cant broswer internet. But it never happened with my old computer. So, Is there something I can change speed into "Balance"?
Bitlord is indeed rubbish, but utorrent is excellent, better than Azureus in my opinion, it certainly uses a hell of a lot less resources than Azureus, plus it's a standalone programs, no installs, no fuss!

Disabling this setting fixed the timeout problem in FF2 and Windows Live Writer on my machine. Make sure you?re running as an Administrator (can open a command window as Administrator) and execute the following command at the prompt:
?netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled?
Changing ?disabled? to ?normal? will re-enable this setting, should you want to turn it back on again. The following command will list the status of the current TCP settings:
