Sorry, going back to your earlier post about him losing things etc. I don't care who you are or what you do - when you are in business and taking peoples monies the least you can do is get someone to email/call to put minds at rest. I have dealt with "Mike" and he seems sound enough - if what you say is true, why can't he shut the site down temporarily and say - back soon, rather than taking peoples monies and not getting in touch. The very fact that this thread exsists is proof enough that the bloke has got far too deep. If he can't handle the business he shouldn't run it.
Reputation is one thing - BAD REPUTATION is a total other thing.

Well I have just been to post office and picked up my order (I missed the delivery on Saturday). All goods are there including the USB adaptors so well done Klickstore on fulfilling your promise after speaking to Will on Tuesday/Wednesday. Credit where credit is due, it has taken long enough to sort out but you seem to be doing your best. Business practices do have to be one of Mr Chans main priorities when he comes back thats for sure though.

Have now received e-mail from Klickstore providing Royal Mail tracking number for my order placed 26th Jan, hopefully will be here by Wednesday.

Got through on telephone number this afternoon and have got same excuse/reason as others. Should be going out today and delivered Wednesday.

I have also been waiting for some r4 sdhc cards from klickstore.com, it is a total joke, got an email 2 weeks ago saying items were in stock and would be sent out asap, and haven't heard anything since, no reply to my numerous emails, no contact no. then I find this thread on google, if anyone has been conned like this and has got their money back could you please let me know what to do, because it's obvious these guys have no intention of posting out or refunding, they're just a bunch of lazy arsed cons who like to pinch money off the honest people.
thanks in advance, although I'm not holding my breath, the dodgy gits always seem to win these days.

Hi, I placed my order on 23rd Jan 2009, account says dispatched 26th Jan 2009, it's now the 9th Feb, NOTHING HAS ARRIVED!!!!!! i think i have been ripped off, they have taken my money quick enough though, everyone is saying the site is a rip off,
I AM FURIOUS, with the current economic climate this is the last thing we need,
if anyone from KLICKSTORE/MODEL GADGET is reading this, my order is, 27835, i would like a full refund!!!

I have received my goods as have other customers as you will see if you read back some pages. I do believe everyone will get their goods or a refund if so required. The company just needs to get themselves sorted out in various aspects and realise regardless of anything else customer is king.

I understand your frustration and simpathise with you, however phone the number listed on this page and someone will help you with either a refund or sending your goods

I ordered 27th and still nothing, but spoke to them on sunday and received a tracking number sunday evening. Post office confirmed that a package has been received and in in transit to me which i will hopefully receive tomorrow.

I know it is frustrating but please be patient but make that call.....

got my order in at last..

complete with USB dongle for micro sd to USB...

so happy, after all..

I little communication gose a long way...

The day i posted My first post here, was the same day some guy phoned me up on my mobile telling me that they were out of stock for usb to microsd so i told him i didnt care i just wanted my r4 (god theres plenty of those dongles about my house to start suppling them),

If only they had bothered to reply to my first emails, and my support tickets from the so called support it would have been fixed, or a little email to say

"I'm sorry Marty we don't have this bit, were just waiting a few days for them to come in, I'll email you once get any more info.."

that would have been fine..

but to go buy weeks with no answer i was left with nothing so turned to the forums, and got my call that day, received it within 4 days of that call..

I have just phoned on the number given in the thread (thanks btw to the person who made the number available because I couldn't find a telephone number for them anywhere) and I have been told that they will be posted out today, I was also given the option of a refund........I will keep you informed as to weather I get the items or not.

my headache with Klickstore has yet to end. I ordered a couple of items on the 22nd January and the website said dispatched 23rd January, but still nothing.

My order number is 27346 if anyone has any advise on how I can contact these people I would be greatful. I have tried 0208 8732310 but it goes through to a voice mailbox where I have left multiple messages and still nothing.

Having purchased many things online for many years, I am disgusted that I feel this company may have stolen my cash and are at the moment in the process of running to the hills! Its promising that some people are receiving stuff, but not me yet =(

try phoning early in the morning, i phoned at 8.38 this morning and spoke to someone on that number, or just keep trying, I should imagine they have a lot of ppl calling them by the looks of this thread.

Keep trying the phone, you will get through eventually. Also click the e-mail link which is shown on your payment receipt.

Klickstore also use this forum as you will see from previous posts.

I tried all of the above and eventually got a call from them some 8 phone calls, 5 e-mails and 2 forum posts later !!

All outstanding orders from model-gadget.com already went to post office; there should not be any problems any more. Please allow a few days for parcels to arrive.

We have already sent lots of orders from klickstore.com, but we are still in process to ship out outstanding orders.
It seem like we can send it out today, hopefully.

Hi, credit where credits due, after my post yesterday i had a phonecall ths morning apologising for delay and they emailed me the tracking number,
But to all who say communication goes a long way yes it does, however if the site was unable to run a business properly then it shouldn't be in business! and this forum wouldn't exist!,

After emailing I got a tracking number saying dispatched on 09/02/09. Just a pity Royal Mails tracking system is rubbish and you can onlytrack after it has been delivered. Whats the point in that Royal Mail ? I dont want to track it once I have it. I want to know when I will get it.

Thanks to model gadget and hopefully it will arrive tomorrow as planned.

They don't send by Royal Mail Special Delivery - even though they charge for it!

They only send by Recorded. Your tracking number will be activated when it actually goes to the Post Office. They have sent you the number from the recorded delivery slip.

Go back to the Royal Mail site tonight or tomorrow and you will know when your goods are in transit.

Model-Gadget, WHY do you charge for Special Delivery and only send the goods Recorded?

Just another money making exercise?

Hi all,

I did manage to get through to them today and a man answered. When I gave him my order number he explained they were having problems with their suppliers. I reminded him that the website indicates the items are instock and he said my order woul dbe dispatched today...

He then told me I would receive an email with a tracking reference on it within ten minutes, so I asked him to confirm the email address it was going to be sent too. It was at that point he decided to actually look at my order and I have to provide him with all the details again!!

Anyway, I did get a tracking number (Although I can see any information on it with the royal mail site), so fingers crossed I may have a parcel arrive by Friday...

I will keep you informed!

Hi everyone,

Received my order today complete with all items ordered!!

Please keep trying on the phone as you will get through...

I am happy my items are here but I will not order again from them and have warned friends and family to be aware of them also.

I wouldn't be so angry if there was some kind of communication system and if the order wasn't the main part of my daughters birthday present which was 2 weeks ago!!!

Anyway good luck to all still waiting and if you are reading this and haven't ordered just be wary about it and think that a couple of extra pounds might be worth it to get an order delivered on time!!!!

I would just like to point out a nice little skim he has going on hear that no body seems to mind about. I know we are all glad that we do eventualy get the order but he has charged everyone hear for next day delivery and has offered no compensation or refund of postal charges. I know its only a little think but all these little things add up to a big rip off. Just by the amount of complaints on hear he has made a few grand out of us all just on postal charges. He should be shut down. I for one put in my complaint to Consumer Direct and trading standards but I think it will take a lot more complaints to them before thay do anything.

i was going insane because i was sending emails and getting no response. i just rang the number and a very nice gentleman answered. he was very apologetic and i have no reason to disbelieve him. i have used klickstore 3 or 4 times now and have always had a prompt response and delivery. things happen that are out of everyones control and i think i can forgive them for this mishap.

i ordered my r4 sdhc card on 27th jan and was showing as dispatched on the 27th of jan. the gentleman has said my order will come by Saturday. im hoping it does.

I have been trying to send back a faulty micro SD card to them via their ticket system for 6 days without reply. I rang them just now and got straight through and spoke to someone who didn't seem to fully understand what I was saying. Their system says that my R4 and memory card was never sent out and that it will be sent out today. I told him several times that I had already received it but I couldn't quite get the information across effectively enough to convince him! Apparently I am to receive my order again in full so I will have 2 x R4 cards, a working 4GB SD card and a broken one. I get the impression that they are swamped with orders and are not very good business people in the sense of sustaining a reputable business, but ultimately they are probably raking in the money despite their lack of organisation.

Rec my cards today - Thanks Will.

Just wish I could really rec you to other people - as I don't think I would have got my order if I did not find afterdawn and the help of all it's members (Thank you guys).

I can understand that they are busy but all they need to do is publish their tele number on their website and give a genuine explanation, then people would understand.

May buy from you again - but going to call you first!!!
