Dvd Decrypter/imgburn problem

I have been using these for a long time and I have moved my computer, Now when I try to burn with either program I get this message

I have not changed any of my settings, just turned it on and tried to use it again!!!!!

Have you changed discs...if not you should. I'd also suggest upgrading to Imgburn as DVD Decrypter hasn't seen support in years.

I have changed disk and I do have imgburn also but I'm getting the same error on both programs Their both saying
Failed to Reserve Track! - Command Sequence Error

How old is your Burner?
Is The Firmware Up-to-date?
What Version is Your Imgburn?
You could Use Better Quality Media (Verbatum or TYs)
Slow Burn Speed Down To 1/2 The rated Speed of the Blank Media.

I updated my version to the newest imgburn available last night and got the same message and my drives are fairly new just got them about 3-4 years ago!! I don't know about firmware ??? I want to thanks you for your help but when I turned my home computer on today I couldn't even get it to run, so I took it in for repair!!! Hopefully that will fix the problem!!!! Thanks again
I tried to rip it with DvdFab5.1.1 FixVTS Dvd shrink & img burn

Is your burner really in RAID? You may try disabling it in your BIOS.

I had it plugged in to A VIA SATA card and then I switched back to The Mobo. Now Im good.
