When I connect my eurovox 2008 to my lab top and start the .exe file and press run, I connect via com port 3 and press start, I get a message "waiting for the response of your reciever, and it just hangs there. I think I need to update the driver on my lap top to pick up eurovox, (EdgePort/1), does anyone know how or where to get this. I have tried to update it but the laptop can not find it. Has anybody any ideas? When I connect the eurovox my laptop says new hadware found, install driver update, but it cant be found even though I am online.

Are you trying to connect through the usb or com port as a lot of people are having problems with the usb port , Also as far as i know your laptop will not find the reciever just the software finds it when it upgrades.....

Good idea earlier on to have a Ch**us link.
With all the codes flying around and changing daily it gets confusing and time consuming trying to find the latest info.
Am I right in thinking that there will be a firmware fix for Ch***us in the next update of firmware as the last one doesn't seem to be working ??
I think it was Jayo2005 had the idea about a Ch**us link. Off you go I say

have 2 euro vox max have updated one with the new software and it is working fine the secound is a box that i recovered after it had gone dead it is working but when i try to update that one with the new softwareit says the firmware is not suitable for your reciever

I am connecting via the USB port on my laptop. I have tried it a few times, plugging the box in and out a few times, but it is always the same outcome. My laptop does not have a 9 pin null modem connection, I reckon very few laptops do. Any other work around?

How did you fix the second box origionally.If you jtagged it ,its possible you put the wrong tsop on the box.The 2006 box (Blue) and the 2007 box (Red) look the same.The software reads the tsop so it can't install to the wrong box.Try one of the other 10-4-08 updates one of them should work on the box.

totally new to this and was just wondering what u put in for the provider when entering the new codes?
my provider is n*t/v*g*n in greenock area which may come under glasgow.
hope u can help

n*l provider codes 54/55 telepest 5a/5b, i am in liverpool i think the codes are the same for peeps north of the border, hope that helps

Used the new software on n*l, works great, updates codes etc. However, when I do an update channel scan, it rearranges the channels into a mad order, now I dont do a fast install, its just a rescan. Have you noticed this happening as well?

Guys, wot's d latest code 4 v***** in Purley Surrey, tried dis
00 = F8 9d F9 95 89 05 86 AE
01 = 12 98 91 94 D9 D5 C3 09
It showed pics, but no sound wit d message updating still on the screen. Any idea? Please help

Purley in Surrey? They are the codes for Chor*s in Ireland go here and check for your codes

anybody got the frequencies for nthell dublin. did a power scan and am missing some stations i.e. rte 1 bravo etc. i have 13 tp's but stilll not picking up some stations

Hi Guys. This NTL millarkey is a bit of a wreck the head. But we will WIN, they are bound to get pizzed off themselves. Does anyone have the latest codes, i have NTL Dublin April 13th, also if you have the link to the updated NTL code would be great. LETS STICK TOGETHER FOR THIS PEOPLE 2 v NTL 1 ;0) Cheers

Voxhead download a Dump file for N*L out of my folder
