Did you install the usb to serial adapter ie. did you get a disk with the adapter?
Try this
1) Right click on 'My Computer' icon
2) Left click on 'Properties'
3) Left click on 'Hardware' Tab
4) Left click on 'Device Manager'
5) Left click (expand) on + sign beside 'Ports (COM & LTP)
6) Right click on problem COM port
7) Left click on 'Port Settings' Tab
8) Left click on 'Advanced'
9) Change COM number and click OK

THE NEW CODES I POSTED ON THE PREVIOUS PAGE ARE WORKING ON CHORUS, MAYBE MY WATCH WAS WRONG BUT THE CODES DEFINITELY AREN'T.
