DVDXCopy a virus?

I installed DVDXCopy v1.3 and was alerted that it the executable file DVDXCopy.exe may be a possible virus. I use F-Secure Antivirus and this is the first time I've had such an alert. The actual alert said
Suspicious Win32 PE, perhaps a new virus!
This is weird and I for one won't be using the program at all.

Anyone else with this combination/situation
