DVDXCopy ERROR

I get the following error with DVDXCopy v1.3.1.

Movie example ? Austin Powers Goldmember
When I launch DVDXCopy I get the following message: "The movie will fit on one recordable DVD if all special features are omitted. Would you like to omit the special features?" I click YES

Now in DVDXCopy, I click BURN NOW and get the following message: "Disk 1 has too much information. Burn is not possible."

These two messages seem to contradict each other. Anyone ever see this and/or have a fix?

I've had this error as well, and I look at the amount of space and it's usually very close to 4.37, make sure you go in and click to remove the menu as well, that should drop you under the 4.37 mark to actually get the whole movie on one disk and all the features on the 2nd disk. I'm 2 for 2 with that error, so I assume that will help you as well
