yeah I agree face I might end up with 2 the white one for me and later when they release them .. the black version for my nephews to play . who knows I might switch because I like the black one too lol

They might release like white, black and platinum at the start. Then later have specil edition colours and limited edition colours released (later over the year's) like red, blue, green, etc.

Wierd there is no pictures yet with the wii in different colours all the pics that were posted with different colours of the conosle still say revolution at the bottom instead of wii which means there old now

lol damn Daz your are right I guess the only one pretty much confirmed is the white one since it has Wii on it , I also want a white console like you just for that same reason . Oh and Face thats what i was hoping for three colors at launch would be cool to choose from .

I used to always think that there should only ever be one colour for a system. I never new why but now that changed. I wan thteir to be colours to choose from. But platinum, white, and black were the one's I would get the most but when I think about it ps3 has those exact same colours lol.

yeah tru Face , maybe the just have put a purple one in there in the memory of the gamecube . that would be a good color to and some chick colors like pink that would sell good for them and bring more female gamers in the mix .

Commdore 64 on Wii
Epyx has announced that they will be delivering several of their Commodore 64 games to the Wii Virtual Console. The Virtual Console already has Turbografx 64, Sega Genesis, NES, SNES, and N64. Seriously they have gone too far with this virtual console stuff hwo will pay $5 for a cd64 game i wont for sure mainly as i have never played the cd 64 and its from the 70's i wonder how good games from the 70's look i have never played it as by the time i started to play cosoles about 1995 the snes was the big thing

good Question Daz , I dont know I too only remember the Atari my uncle hand one when i was a kid that I played with . I just posted it since I just came up on the info and maybe older gamers might like it . I myself will most likely get the NES/Gen/N64/Super Nes/ or turbographic 16 games at the most . I wish they would put the sega master system it was the shit , I rather them put that back into play instead of the Commdore

They will most probably be around $5au as The NES is this much i think and the cd64 is about the same age maybe 4 years before the nes i will go for snes/n64 games like sm 64 goldeneye i'd love to play that in 480p progessive scan,LOL I would also love to play the sega mega games but no news on that being emulated to the wii

Australia May See Shortages update!!
While North America will see over a million Wii consoles available at launch, Australians might not be as fortunate. Nintendo of Australia spokesman Vispi Bhopti says that while there will be ?significant? number of consoles available (without giving a number), they cannot guarantee ?total supply?.
?We will be guaranteeing preordered stock at retail?so that?s definitely the way to go to secure it because we can?t guarantee total supply because we don?t know how many consumers are going to go wild over this. We are bringing in a significant number of Wiis into Australia?it won?t be a small drop.?
?But at the same time, our expectations are so big for this product that we would, to err on the safe side, recommend that people preorder.?
So basically if the console turns out to be very popular, there would be shortages. That?s pretty much the same for North America, or any other region. Nintendo has promised 4 million consoles this year, half of those will most likely end up in North America, with the remaining 2 million split between Japan, Europe and Australia.

well here what I hoped for I want the blank on nov17 th , the is the Wii forum so im not sayin that in here but I dont know since the blank is not plentyfull I think I have a better chance walkin in and grabbing a Wii . I planned on buy both of them anyway one in Nov and one in Dec. which ever one it is I will be sure to post it , I'm guessin it will be the Wii I feelin my chances are better so if I dont post (I GOT IT !) this month then it will be in December for sure unless I have enough money to get both of them ,one on Nov 17th and one on Nov 19th

yeah your are righ Face they are gonna hit a home run with Wii sports because anyone can jump on there and battle pluss the old school d-loads are gone get O.G's back with them like commdore /sega/nes and all the others. I think they made a console moree for all ages this time . kids have there choices , teens have the Wii sports , and older gamers have the old school shit but they still will like the Wii sports .
